SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING

We use DHL with tracking numbers for all shipments.  All orders must be signed for by recipient.  Please consider this when providing shipment address and perhaps consider using a work or alternative address where you know someone will be available during daytime hours to sign and accept package.

Please allow up to 30 days for delivery of in-stock items.

We reserve the right at all times to vary the charge for delivery, and shall inform you if your parcel will cost more than the standard charge.

RETURNS 

RETURNS POLICY
Our returns policy in Ireland, Europe & Rest of World lasts 14 days.  If 14 days have passed since the date of receipt of goods, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If you wish to make a return from outside the EU (i.e. USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc) please ensure you attach the correct customs paperwork to your package i.e CN22 with a barcode, otherwise your package may be delayed or rejected by EU Customs and returned to you.  This is outside of our control.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at store@bohemians.ie 

 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  We recommend you use a tracked service as refunds cannot be processed until item arrives back.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
